Orange mobile services is shit

Hello friends,
I am writing this new post out of despair and complete anger, I have always been an orange (ex cellplus) user for many years but yesterday something “unknown” happened that really angered me, actually during the night of Saturday to Sunday, Orange mobile was working on their network to make it better but due to that i got a serious problem which even the orange people dont know how it cropped up
I AM UNABLE TO SEND SMS when i called the customer care, they told me the problem is with my mobile, not saying anything further, i did the following steps to verify whether the problem is really with my mobile or them
1. I put my sim on my wife mobile and even then i could not send sms
2. I put my wife sim on my mobile, i was able to sms
** Conclusion ** The problem cannot be with my mobile, else how would i be able to send sms with my wife sim??.
I called those guys again and again they told me that the problem is with my mobile, i told them several times that i put the sim on another mobile but still could not sms, whats more amazing is i can call, browse the web, video call, send mms etc… except i cannot send SMS but i can receive SMS
when i told these to the agent talking to me, she told me that maybe i still have problem with my mobile, as i am able to send mms, she said that MMS works VIA SMS :D, a big laugh, as far i know we should have MMS configuration so that we can send MMS and that works via wap/data
I called them a third time in the evening and this time another agent told me that my sim is damaged and i should take it to their repair center or wait until a technician looks into this matter on monday (today)
Three agents told me three different things, whom should i believe and what should i do?
I am really angry with their service and treatment!!!
Till now my problem has not been solved
you called at orange ….but i guess you ended up with a callcenter at the other end(who are told to speak like they are experts! but finally putting all the blame on the customer).
Me too i have got some problems with Orange recently. I had to make an urgent call… i use mcb refill.. and merde! just when i needed to refill, the service was down. i sent several sms.. and stilll nothing. and guesss wat.. the next day.. they filled my accnt withna ll those sms i sent.. shitty services.. luckily i didnt send CRAZY BIG SIZE REFILLS!!
and what about the myT/adls prices!? pou baisse pa pu baisser sa zistwar la???
Ya, you are right they always find a way to blame the customer itself!!! that’s the most shit thing and concerning the myt/adsl prices, prend la bougie rouge attand
Your SIM has been de-activated for some unknown reason. Your issue can be solved if you head to a teleshop and in 10 minutes, your account will be activated.
It happened to me several times earlier this year despite me using my phone everyday.
@ Shah, if my SIM has been de-activated how i am able to make voice & video calls, send MMS, browse the web and download contents??

wlol… take it positively…a way to save some sms money for some days lol
As shah said…take the sim itself to the teleshop. Hopefully I didnt get this problem…sms is such an important aspect nowadays!
Thats what i am going to do today but thats really a waste of time
ORANGE SUCKS..
Once {for more than 1 week} they charged me Rs1.80 per message..NORMAL SMS.Orange Bullsh!t service..and their customer care..are worst than nomad customer care..

, am just back from their repair center, i had to leave my SIM to be checked, i will go collect it tomorrow now
What happened to it?
I don’t really know, they just told me that the sim card chip had some problem and they gave me a new sim card with the same number
